Kapton/Polyimide Covered Copper Conductor

  • Typical Films used : -
    1.Kapton:- 150FN019,
                    150FCR019(CORONA RESISTANT)
                    or other types
    2.Apical:- 150AF019
    Or other types polyimide films as per customer’s requirement.

Copper Rods: 

  • We use regular continuous cast copper rods. And
    Oxygen free continuous cast copper rods : - source Nexans.

Specifications: 

  • Generally Customers have their own specifications.However it also adheres to IEC 60317-43 for round wires. And IEC 60317-44 for rectunglar wires.

Packing: 

 Packing is normally done in wooden reels with riveted fasteners. The weight of conductor is around 80kg/reel. However packing can be done according to customer’s requirement.For export our packing will be Seaworthy.
