We are pioneers in manufacture of Kapton/Polyimide covered copper conductor in India. We started to manufacture Kapton covered copper conductor from 1981 and have since manufactured more than 2500 tonnes. We manufactured around 270 tonnes in 2007.
We are an ISO 9001-2000 (International Organization For Standarization) Company.
We have got two lines of high speed taping machinery with inline induction heater & radiant heaters and automatic.
The 
taping equipments are of American Origin. This machinery is equipped with the 1500V, 3000 C/S spark tester. We will be ready with the third taping line by 2008 end. Our Capacity at present of Kapton/Polyimide covered conductor is 30 tonnes per month. And from 2009 it will be 50 tonnes per month. Our manufacturing facility is at Daman which is 170 km north of Mumbai.
